EASY OPERATION & SIMPLE CONTROL

MBW Asphalt Mixing Plant Fully Automatic (FA) control system allows the operator by a single push button and touch screen LCD to control the supply of predetermined batches of asphalt mixture in the required mixing ratio of each dump truck. For Semi Automatic (SA) the weighing is operated manually but the mixing is done automatically. This system eliminates other complicated operations, which are a frequent source of troubles, reducing the cycle time. The interlock electrical control prevents the possibility of missoperation.

OUTSTANDING DURABILITY

The mixer is the double shaft pugmill type. The adoption of the circulation mixing system assures the uniform mixing within a short time even with the fine-grain composition. Liners and paddle tips of the mixer are made of “hard metal” and are the anti-abrasive steel, ensuring long life and durability, the parts are also easily replaceable.

HIGH PORTABILITY

The plant consists of many components, which may be separated easily into individual units so the user can save the time and the cost in transferring or setting up the plant at the field to the condition ready for operation.
